aegis cooling vests use an absorbent core to hold water. This absorbed water is released slowly over the course of a day in order to prolong the cooling effect. Due to the extreme heat in the region we have made this core more absorbent than other vests on the market to ensure a lengthy cooling period.

How it works
1. First, submerge the cooling vest entirely in water for approximately one minute.
2. Remove the cooling vest from the water, and gently squeeze out any excess water without twisting the vest. The cooling vest will be ready to wear when water has stopped dripping
3. There is also the option to wipe the water repellent liner on the inside with a towel. This prevents any contact with the moisture contained within the vest.
